Career

Mr Depel is a lawyer and specialist lawyer for labour law. Inter alia, he is an expert in all matters relating to the Industrial Constitution Act and collective labour law and regularly represents national and international employers in negotiations with the workers’ council as an assessor in arbitration committees and in decision procedures of the labour courts. Furthermore, he supports clients in all issues relating to individual labour law and in the drafting of executives’ contracts of employment.

In addition, he advises particularly international investors in real estate transactions. Furthermore, he also deals with issues relating bankruptcy law.

He regularly holds lectures on topics relating to both labour law and the statutory investment conditions in Germany at home and abroad and has also published numerous articles in these fields.
